My experience as a User Experience designer makes “user” my primary focus when I design anything. However, “user” is just one of my focuses. When tackling complicated and critical design issues, I’d like to reach beyond user-centered design to approach systemic issues with systems thinking, identify root causes, and create a design that results in positive social impacts.
